CAREFULLY FOLLOW GUIDELINES BELOW AND SET UP & TAKEDOWN INSTRUCTIONS
Carefully follow guidelines below to ensure proper use, maintenance and how to set up and take down your canopy.
PROPER USE:
It is your responsibility to take the following precautions at all times:
- Always secure your canopy by staking each leg into the ground with included stakes and/or anchor down your canopy.
- Do not use in inclement weather. Wind, rain and especially thunderstorms can damage your canopy and put you and others at risk of injury.
- Canopy is designed as a temporary shelter to protect from the sun and provide shade. Do not leave the canopy up for extended periods of time or unattended. Canopy is not designed as a permanent structure.
- Use caution when handling the frame, especially when opening and closing to avoid pinching fingers and hands or damaging the frame.
- Do not set up on steep grades or on uneven surfaces.
- At all times keep your canopy away from heat and flame. Do not put your canopy over a BBQ, firepit, or build a fire under the canopy.
PRODUCT MAINTENANCE AND CARE:
For longevity and to get the most out of your YOLI Canopy, please follow these simple guidelines to properly maintain and care for your canopy:
- The canopy top can be hand cleaned with a mild soap and water. Do not use detergents, bleach or abrasives. Never machine wash.
- Always let the canopy top dry completely before closing and storing to avoid mildew.
- Periodically wipe silicone spray on the canopy frame for improved operation. Wipe off any excess before reattaching the top.
- Lightly tighten frame bolts if frame becomes loose.
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
Warranty Conditions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, wind, snow, rain or any other inclement weather. Product warranty is voided when product has been modified, altered in anyway and if proper care was not taken when in use or product guidelines were not properly followed such as incorrect assembly or disassembly inclusive of adjustments made to the product during set up or take-down.
East Resource Outdoor Inc., hereby known as ERO, the manufacturer, subject to the following limitations and pertinent laws warrants the YOLI Canopy to be free of defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 1 year after the date of purchase. If you reside in high altitudes
(higher than 3,000 feet) or in the state of Florida, California, Hawaii, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas or Oregon where weather conditions are especially harsh on canopy tops, the warranty period for your canopy top is limited to 6 months from date of purchase. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser who provides a dated receipt from an Authorized Dealer only. Canopy ownership is non-transferrable. The warranty is applica- ble only for expected and normal uses as defined by the manufacturer.
ERO responsibility under warranty or any other legal obligation regarding this product is limited to the repair or replacement of defective part(s) (at our discretion) by ERO or its Authorized Representative. Warranty does not cover consequential damages defined as damage occurring to your property or someone else’s property in the event this product does not work properly or was improperly used. ERO or its Authorized Representa- tives will not be liable for any personal injury, loss or indirect or direct damage resulting in the use of this canopy.
Prior to returning any YOLI Canopy and/or parts to ERO or its Authorized Representative for warranty inspection, the purchaser must obtain a return authorization number by emailing or calling our toll-free number. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs by pre-paying the return. ERO nor its Authorized Representative does not assume responsibility if the return is damaged during transport. In some instances, in lieu of sending the canopy back for inspection, we will request pictures of the unit to assess any issues you may have.
This warranty is provided in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied.
